Based on the original pitch by Red Letter Media -- A mother and her son move into an old house with a dark and sinister secret. They experience random and strange occurrences and begin to wonder if it's the work of their depraved neighbor or something else entirely.
Filmed on location in western Maryland - this disc includes over an hour's worth of extra content and an additional short cut of the film with an alternate ending.
It also includes all the original music produced for the film, a special making of Behind the Scenes featurette, a production diary "Anatomy of a Scene," a Gag Reel, Audition Tapes, The original pitch promo, the trailer and more! The film has won several awards and screened at almost 20 film festivals across the nation since March 2019.
